Jim is a Millwork Installation Lead residing in Phoenix, AZ. He has spent the last 35 years working with wood and building things.

Over the past thirty years I have had the privilege of working on some really awesome projects. Each one is unique in the scope of the architectural design and materials used. I enjoy the work and like the satisfaction of seeing the completed vision of the Architect.

I also am the founder and owner of Smilinjim LLC            

 A Master’s degree in Computer Science has provided me with skills in project planning and management, web technologies, and how to manage data.
